• Manage project and material deliveries
• Schedule necessary equipment for individual projects
• Delegate duties to Field Techs as needed
• Must possess/ability to obtain CDL and maintain as required by DOT
• Strong organizational and time management skills needed
• Manage/Coordinate construction and renovation projects on athletic fields and golf courses.
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Job set-up including lay-outs and elevation/grade establishment
• Laser grading/trenching/fraze mowing/aerating/topdressing/equipment operations/sweat producing manual labor
• Job site clean-up
• Ability to work well with others required
• Ability to communicate with customers a must
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time needed
• Will perform all duties in the best interest of the company
• Minimal overnight travel will be required
