D&K Products – Warehouse Manager / Inside Sales Position

D&K Products is a Wholesale Supplier of Turf Care Products to golf courses, lawn care companies and sports fields in Iowa, Nebraska and Western Illinois. The applicant must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the desire to service the turf industry. A good driving record is required; the position will require the applicant to obtain a Class B CDL driver’s license and on occasion help with deliveries.

Duties: Over the counter sales to walk-in customers, computer entry, inventory management, product delivery scheduling, loading and unloading of freight, and warehouse organization. The applicant must have the ability to operate a forklift.

General Description: D&K Products is a wholesale supplier with 5 warehouse locations around the Midwest. The Des Moines Warehouse manager is responsible for coordinating and supplying the other four locations with product on a weekly basis, as well as working with the Des Moines staff to set up and schedule customer deliveries originating out of the Des Moines warehouse.

Education: 2-year college degree preferred. Turfgrass degree not necessary, but desirable.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs., 100 feet.

 $ 50,000 - $ 55,000
